Custom Wordpress Plugin to track daily hits for individual posts (posts are immediately redirected)

I have a WordPress Site that I am utilizing for redirects. I am using the feature image to attract clicks on social site, but when the link is clicked it immediately redirects to one of my adult affiliate sites.
Here is an example of a post on reddit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/RedheadsLove/comments/w8solx/big_tit_redhead_sluts/
As you can see the url refers to OnlineAdultModels.com which is a WordPress Site. But the actual URL which is: https://onlineadultmodels.com/redheadslove1/ immediately redirects to an adult affiliate program. If you click the URL you will see that it never takes you to a WP site, it redirects you.

You can see that the redirection plugin offers only the total number of all time hits that have been redirected.
I need a plug in that can show me/store a day by day break down or the number of hits to each post on the site. I want to be able to look at the trends and see if hits are increasing, decreasing, etc. It should store a significant amount of historical data. No other tracking information is needed except total daily hits.
