I need a wordpress plugin with an admin panel as below.
1. Top menu - tabs. (pages, subpages, etc.) with some default layouts.
2. Possibility of uploading pdf files to the site.
3. Text search bar "in Hebrew"
4. The site should have the option for users to change the language
"Hebrew 1"
"Hebrew 2"
"English"
1. Top menu - the option to edit the menu - adding unlimited tabs and sub-tabs, the option to create a tab above an existing menu (so that there is no need to redo everything, etc.), the sub-tabs will pop up when you flick over the tab, and so on to sub-tabs, etc.
