We are seeking a team to develop a custom SaaS membership web app to function as a CRM tailored specifically for real estate brokers. This CRM will be connected to our extensive property database hosted on our WordPress server. The system should be modular, user-friendly, and easily maintainable. It is essential that the development is well-documented, with the code accessible on GitHub and accompanied by comprehensive README files for easy understanding and modification. CRM Base Components:
The CRM is built upon four main components: Clients, Assets, Tasks, and Meetings. Below is the logic and interaction between these components.
Clients:
Clients represent the core entity within the CRM. Each client entry contains comprehensive details such as contact information, status, type of client, budget, and notes.
Clients can be linked to specific assets they are interested in, tasks assigned to them, and meetings scheduled with them.
Assets:
Assets are properties that the brokers manage. Each asset contains detailed information including status, location, size, price, and additional specifications.
Assets can be tagged to specific clients showing interest, tasks for managing the asset, and meetings scheduled for property tours.
Tasks:
Tasks are action items or reminders related to either clients or assets. Each task includes details like the description, status, due date, and connections to clients or assets.
Tasks help brokers manage their workload and ensure they follow up on client needs or asset management efficiently.
Meetings:
Meetings are scheduled interactions with clients or for asset tours. They include details like date, time, location, and purpose.
Meetings are integrated with both clients and assets, providing a comprehensive schedule for brokers to manage their appointments effectively.
