Custom Baking and Cookie Cutter Store

I'm in the process of launching an online shop to sell baking and custom cookie cutters. The key features I need from a freelancer experienced in e-commerce platforms include:
We already purchased the domain and have some hosting , there is a Wordpress site installed with Woo-commerce plugin , we started playing around with a few ideas so there is some content , we would like to keep the feeling and theme but it needs to be more polished and properly configured for our use , the site will be mostly static except for the upload of new products which should be as easy a possible.
- Integrating a search bar for customers to easily find the products.
- Implementing distinct product categories. Initially, the store will have fewer than 10 categories.
- Enabling customization options to let customers modify the cookie cutters to their specific needs.
