Critical error on WordPress Multisite after running a Translate Script with Fix our WPML setup on WooCommerce

We've installed WPML Multilangual but taxonomies aren't working correctly and translated categories can't be chosen Our main language is Dutch with the English language added recently. We would prefer a complete run through the WPML setup to make sure everything is correct. At which point we only have to worry about translating pages and products.
