Creative Mail Setup on Wordpress website

I am in need of a freelancer who can set up a creative mail system on my Wordpress website. Here are the project requirements:
I have a theme for worpress i purchased that has an email signup form on the sidebar on the website. It uses creative contact email provider. I for some reason cannot get it linked up on the actual website. Everything is up and running, I need someone to simply set this up and make it so i can collect emails.
