Creation of Wordpress Recruitment Onboarding Site

Hi,
We are looking to create a recruitment onboarding platform for our healthcare business.
The system will require a sign in for employees. From there they will need to fill in their application form, as well as 7 other forms. On the portal, we require signature function for contracts / agreements.
All completed application forms will need to be uploaded to Google Drive in PDF form. This is for security purposes.
API will need to be set up for DBS checks.
Smart functions such as conditional logic / auto check need to be set up.
Currently the forms have been created in Jotform.
System will need to be built in either Wordpress or Duda.
Applicants must be available to start immediately. We are looking to closely match existing software available on the market. As such a video tour can be provided for further insight.
