Creation of a Business Worth Evaluator, currently its written in MS Excel

I have written in Excel a “back of the Envelope” business evaluator. The business evaluator needs to be written to operate on a website, and needs to be clean and clear. The current spreadsheet can be overwhelming and not very interactive. We are using an Avada purchased Theme. The application will ask the user 4 questions (BOT Like) and generate reports based upon customer input. The reports are generated by the 4 questions and in turn reference a table to build (performing calculations) the reports. The tables must be able to be ADMIN Editable for content and values. I am also open for advice on looks and what other figures would be nice to include in the reports. These reports are to be viewed and printable by the customer, and logged into a database that will track the customer and the numbers they put into the Evaluator for ADMIN purposes.
