Creating Bing Shopping Ads Campaign

Hi,
I am urgently looking to hire person who can help me creating Bing Shopping Ads. (commonly knows as Microsoft Shopping Ads).
I have wordpress website which includes products. Products has got all information and necessary attributes to create feeds for Bing Shopping Ads. For now, I want to add only 3 products just for test, whether it works. You can use automatically generated feed, which I’ve already had or you can create your own. Then I want to go through all the process from creating and verify Bing Merchant Center until get feed approved and creating shopping ads campaign.
Important: Job is about Bing Shopping Ads, not Google Shopping which is different.
Some wordpress skills are most welcome because it may be necessary to play around with website to get feed and shopping ads approved.
