Create a wordpress template starting from a psd template

We've designed a psd template (home desktop, home mobile and internal page), now we need to convert it to a complete and wording wordpress template.

Our needs are:
- Bootstrap (or Fondation);
- Avoid Slider Revolution;
- Use of Custom fields suite;
- Fully Responsive;
- Light and Seo friendly;
- White label;
