Create a woocommerce checkout plugin that redirects user from site A to site B based on payment method selected

create a wordpress woocommerce plugin for me with the following features and a backend dashboad to manage it
1. Redirect a customer from site A to site B based on customer payment method selected by the customer which can be managed from woocommerce settings.
2. Pass all customer checkout data such as customer details, billing details, products, order totals, currency etc to site B.
3. Sync orders between site A and site B. so when a order is placed on site B, it should be added to site A and whenever the status is updated on site A, it should also be updated on site B.
4. There should be a product mapping option from site A to site B. so if a customer selects Product A from site A, it'll automatically add product B from site B.
5. The discounts from site A should be also applied to site B.
6. The total and subtotal amount of site B should be the same as site B with the same currency.
