Create website from Figma prototype using Spectra Wordpress page builder

We have a Figma prototype of our website. Create a 9 page website using Spectra (formerly Gutenberg) page builder in Wordpress from our Figma design. Homepage, plus 9 inside pages that are almost identical.
Requirements:
3 yrs experience converting Figma designs to Wordpress using the Spectra page builder.
3 yrs experience with HTML 5 and CSS 3, JS, JQ
SEO best practices (schema)
