Create a shortcode based on a plugin

Hi. I have this free wordpress/woocommerce plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-parcelas-com-e-sem-juros/ which by using the add_action it positions the monthly payment price based on the number of installments (for instance if the price is $300, it says "3 monthly payments of $100).
Since I am using a builder, the "woocommerce_single_product_summary" doesn't position the text where I need it, therefore I need to have a shortcode to be able to position it wherever I want.
