Create plugin with listing and booking interface functionality

We are a small company offering vacation rentals in a Swedish ski resort. We are just about to start using the beds24 booking engine to help us reduce our administrative work and make booking more convenient for our guests. Beds24 comes with a user interface possible to integrate on our website in which guests can make bookings. Unfortunately, the user interface does not fit our setup when it comes to functionality and design.
We are looking for someone with good coding skills and knowledge in WordPress. Someone who can help us to create a listing page and booking interface for our website and integrate it seamlessly with beds24 booking engine via API and "deeplinking".
Things you need to do:
*Create a wordpress plugin
*Customize datepickers
*Deal with data related to room inventory and pricelists
*API (RESTful API, API 2.0)
*Create a beautiful listing page for custom posts in WordPress, possible to filter by availability dates and other criteria. The price should also show for the requested booking dates.
*Create a booking button which take the data from the search on the listing page and send it to the checkout page of the booking engine.
*Create functionality for the custom post page used for every unique accommodation. This includes datepicker with availability showing, price calculator and a booking button
