Create a logistic services website with woocommerce

I would need to create a website that uses woocommerce to sell logistic services (pick-up location and time, delivery location and time) with a pricing system that gets updated by the distance that is needed. I would also need to have a referral page for partnerships. I would also need help to find a good field service app that could be integrated with woocommerce (a driver collects or delivers a parcel).
