Create continuous notification with Restaurant for WooCommerce (button to stop sound)

Restaurant for WooCommerce has a notification setting which plays a sound when we receive a new order. I want this sound to play on a loop until someone clicks a button "stop". This button does not exist and must be added to the WooCommerce "Orders" page. When the button is clicked is should stop the sound and direct the user back to the orders page so the new order is shown (page must be refreshed).
