Create n8n Workflow: Convert HubSpot Quotes to WooCommerce Orders (Hosted on Railway)

We’re looking for an automation expert to build an n8n workflow that converts accepted HubSpot quotes into WooCommerce orders.
The n8n instance runs on a Railway-hosted environment.

Scope:
Monitor quote status in HubSpot

When a quote is accepted:
- Retrieve customer and product data
- Create or update customer in WooCommerce
- Create a new WooCommerce order with the correct line items and pricing
- SKU in Hubspot is the same in Woocommerce

Add basic error handling and logging
Store execution logs to Railway Postgres DB (optional, preferred)
Include a trigger to manually re-run the flow if needed

Tech stack:
n8n (already running on Railway)
HubSpot (CRM/Quotes)
WooCommerce (REST API access)
PostgreSQL on Railway

Requirements:
Experience with n8n and REST APIs
Familiarity with HubSpot and WooCommerce APIs
Ability to work in a Railway environment
Clean, documented flow structure

We’ll provide:
HubSpot API key / OAuth setup
WooCommerce credentials
Sample data & expected result

A new webshop will be live on Shopify soon (next to Woocommerce) for this webshop we also want to import quotes to orders later.

This is part of a larger automation system. If successful, there will be follow-up projects.
