Create a Wordpress website based on another website reference

Hello, I would like to hire someone to create a website on wordpress that is designed and developed the same as this one: https://myva360.com. I can do the basic setups (domain registration, hosting and initial wordpress setup), but I will need someone to install all the necessary plugins and take all the steps in order to have a site that functions the same as the reference. I would like an estimation of hours it will take for initial creation, and will need potential post-project support afterwards for maintenance and any arising issues, potentially a longer-term job.
