Create Wordpress Website from Wordpress Theme

I have a Wordpress theme an need someone to set up my Website. The Attached file includes information about the theme and which pages I needed, etc. I also have the content already written up. I want the person I choose to either allow me to watch them set up the site so I can learn or they can record the process of setting up the site and sending me the recording so I can learn. Attached is the theme and the general structure of the site along with most of the specific pages I need.
