Create PDF invoices for multicurrency woocommerce stores
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Create a single stream of sequentially numbered PDF invoices from the incoming orders of 3 multicurrency woocommerce stores.
- The invoices have to be generated in a single number sequence, so the cumulative orders from the 3 websites generate a single series of invoices.
- Generate invoices in EUR only, so amounts in currencies other than EUR have to be converted to EUR.
- It has to be possible to manually inject invoices at any given time, using an address book to be able to reuse customer details.
Example:
Order 1 on Website # 1, : 25.95 GBP => Invoice # 0001, 29,95 EUR
Order 2 on Website # 3, : 39.95 USD => Invoice # 0002, 34,95 EUR
Order 3 on Website # 1, : 25.95 GBP => Invoice # 0003, 29,95 EUR
Order 4 on Website # 2, : 730 MXN => Invoice # 0004, 29,95 EUR
Order 5, Manually injected, invoice # 0005, 29,95 EUR
Order 6 on Website # 2, : 730 MXN => Invoice # 0006, 29,95 EUR
etc.
If the solution requires Zapier and apps like QuickBooks Online or InvoiceNinja the project includes setting up the required accounts to produce the desired result.
