Create News Website that Funnels Other Website Links, Secure Membership Feature

Help me create a website that brings in news/links from other websites with a specific real estate topic. The website will have it's own theme/style. I need to create a public version and then a membership version that has registered members to collect their information. I'd like to turn this into a LinkedIn site as well to attract users/followers.
Please recommend how to setup, what type of software / services. I have a wordpress / Astra/elementor account, but looking for best setup. I understand there will be a lot of manual work to get articles in, but need to automate as much as possible.
