Create Mega Menu for Wordpress/WooCommerce Website

The task is to create two Mega Menus, following the structure and style of the example site provided. This functionality will be added to our WordPress/WooCommerce site, which is using the same theme as in the example.
Project Scope:
Mega Menu Sections:
Shop Menu:
Uses the layout and design of the "Men" mega menu from the example site.
Will contain nine main categories that correspond to existing product categories in WooCommerce.
Each main category will display all relevant sub-categories.
Three banners at the bottom of the menu will also need to be there.
Information Menu:
Mirrors the style of the "Pages" mega menu from the example site.
Will include 5-6 main categories with provided titles and links.
Budget: $120 USD
Timeline: Estimated completion within a few hours.
Requirements: Seeking an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer with familiarity with mega menus and WooCommerce category structures is essential.
We will only consider bids that doesn't exceed our budget to show that you are able to read properly
