Corporate B2B Quote Website Build
Budget: $80 – $250 USD
I need a WordPress-powered site that presents our merchandise and corporate-branding solutions in a catalogue style using WooCommerce, but without the standard cart or checkout. Every product page must lead visitors toward “Get a Quote” and a direct WhatsApp chat instead of “Add to Cart”.
Design & branding
The visual tone has to feel corporate and professional, matching the look of our existing logo and colour palette. While I don’t have a full brand guide, the colours and mark are set, so the theme and typography should revolve around them.
Content structure
The homepage should spotlight our Business Services range while still allowing visitors to explore Apparels & Accessories, Gifts, Events, Packaging & Containers, Textile–Apparel Clothing and Merchandise Trader collections through a clean filter or mega-menu. Each product page needs space for multiple images, specs, imprint methods and minimum-order information, followed by the quote form / WhatsApp CTA.
Core build requirements
• WordPress CMS with WooCommerce in catalogue mode (cart, prices and checkout hidden)
• Custom template for products that triggers a quote-request workflow
• WhatsApp API or link integration for instant chat from any product page and the header CTA
• Easy-to-manage back-end so our team can add new SKUs, update stock status and post case studies
• Responsive, fast-loading layout tested across major browsers and mobile devices
• Basic hand-off documentation or a short walkthrough video to show us how to update content
Acceptance criteria
1. “Get a Quote” form submits to our chosen email and stores leads in the dashboard.
2. WhatsApp buttons open the correct number with the product name pre-filled.
3. No cart or checkout elements visible anywhere on the live site.
4. Design aligns with our logo colours and maintains a corporate, professional aesthetic.
If this matches your skill set and you have portfolio pieces that prove similar catalogue-style builds, let’s discuss timeline and milestones.
