Core Web Vitals Failing -- Need To Pass!

Hi,
Currently, my Wordpress blog posts are failing core web vitals. On mobile, FCP and LCP are failing and on desktop LCP is failing. I am currently running WP Rocket and also use Cloudflare as well, so I dont know why it:s not lightening fast.
I need a serious core web vitals guru that knows exactly how to fix all of this and pass me on both mobile and desktop WITHOUT removing WP Rocket or changing my plugins.
I need someone that is able to help me out right now. This is an urgent project and will need this completed within the next few hours.
