Copy my website and load it onto new domain - Wordpress

I have 2 websites that are identical. One site got hacked and is not working properly. One site did not get hacked and works fine.
I would like you to delete the non-working site. Then copy the working site into the domain that we just deleted.
These are Wordpress sites. I need the copied site to be fully functional after the copy & paste. There are a few minor things that need to be changed like where emails go, but nothing major.
