Copy new Wordpress website theme to another existing wordpress site

This is a theme upgrade for an existing wordpress site

I'm looking to copy both the theme and content from a newly created WordPress (source) site to another existing WordPress (target) site. The theme and content from the source site should be added to the target site.

The desired result is for the target site to look exactly the same as the source site and to keep its original content i.e. theme upgrade.

Key Requirements:
- Duplicate both the theme and content from the source site to the target site
- Ensure all existing plugins from the original site are included in the new site
- Keep all data from target site for:
⁃ users
⁃ woocommerce orders
⁃ galleries
⁃ newsletters
⁃ maps
• Use posts and pages from the source site
• repairs any issues so that website 2 displays correctly as per website 1
• I would like to be able to switch themes from wp-admin - Appearance - Themes

Notes:
- Source site using customized theme 'Benevolent' with child
- Target site using customized theme 'Canva' with child

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in WordPress, plugins, themes and database
- Experience in website duplication without downtime

I require a Freelancer who has the time to be dedicated to this project until it is completed successfully.

If this project is completed successfully and positively then Freelancer will be offered next project of publishing the target site to live url.
