I need someone who can make a copy of a (html5blank starter theme) wordpress website. I have no access to the backend of the site.
The site should not only be hard-coded without proper encoding with all functions. It should be possible to have blog and portfolio.
I want to have it coded with advanced custom fields (ACF) with options section for header, footer and stuff.
Everything should be done with as few plugins as possible to get a quick website.
So you have to have knowledge of modern coding website in wordpress and ACF.
A bonus if you can make moving svg logo also...
