Converting an Essay to manuscript

I have an academic essay written for sociology. The theme is'Third Way Politics'. The paper evaluates the perceived challenges with sustainable employment which is pivotal to the aims of a New Deal for Communities. The essay also examines whether the New Deal for Communities and the National Employment Policy are effective in their objectives to engage citizens of Britain’s most deprived communities in lifelong learning and acquiring vocational skills to be sustainably employed.
