Convert Wordpress theme in HTML

I have WP theme and I need it to be converted in clean HTML. It should be simple html without any WP code and function just html css js files with all images and design copy pasted. If you read my message till the end then please start your message with .iread. like that I will understand you are really interested in this project and you understand what we need.
