Convert WP Theme to React

We have a mockup of our dApp currently made in a Wordpress Elementor theme. We've successfully mocked up how we want the pages of our dapp to function (individual pages, major components, etc). However, converting from the Wordpress Theme to an HTML template requires a large number of rewrites and refactorings to remove unnecessary Elementor styles and scripts. We're currently looking for someone who has both experience with Web Design and dApp development for Solana to take this HTML template and make it into a reactJS project as well as add any web3 bindings needed.
