We're re-designing our website on Wordpress and are creating a new theme.
We're looking for a developer who can translate the design into a custom wordpress theme -- the website needs to be responsive, fluid and the animations should be smooth on all devices.
All design and animation files as needed will be made available - all you would need to do is create a custom wordpress theme.
The website would have 8-10 pages.
In your proposal, please mention how you'd handle animations and what kind of files you'd need and how would you ensure the website is pixel perfect, responsive and smooth. Samples of relevant work WITH animations are required. Proposals without these details will NOT be considered.
