Convert PSD to custom WordPress no elementor or Divi

I am looking for a WordPress developer who can convert my PSD design to a custom WordPress site. I need the site to be developed without using Elementor or Divi. My desired timeline for project completion is 1-2 weeks. The site will require basic functionalities, but no custom or advanced features. No plugins will need to be installed or configured. The ideal candidate should have experience in PSD to WordPress conversion and be proficient in HTML, CSS, and PHP. The website will consist of five pages.
