Convert HTML template into Woocommerce

We have a site already built in HTML and need it converted into WooCommerce.

If the layout needs to change slightly to fit into WooCommerce then that is ok.

Functionality required:

- There is just one product '3D Number Plates'
- Customer will need to enter:
- Vehicle registration (required)
- Select whether they need number plates for the front, rear or front and rear of vehicle (required)
- Select the number plate font style (3D Gel or 4D) (required)
- They will also need to upload one file each from the PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION and REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENT (one from each list required)

- On the homepage they can enter a vehicle registration number - when they click Go, this will be pre-entered on the 3D Number plate product page in the Vehicle registration field

- Checkout page - payments can be via PayPal or Stripe (including ApplePay and GooglePay)

We have a domain name and database already set up for development.
