Convert HTML Templates to a WordPress Theme

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to convert my HTML templates into a WordPress theme. Consider your busy schedule, the project needs to be completed within 3 days.
Requirements:
- The freelancer should have experience in converting HTML templates to WordPress themes.
- I already have the HTML templates ready, so the freelancer does not need to provide them.
- I have specific functionality in mind, check the attached pdf file, a replica of the HTML templates that I want to convert to WordPress theme. No features should be lost and if these, Student Report Card, Invoice and Home work for View, PDF print and send via Email are not included, you have to create the additional three pages which can be added to any module in the proposed Wp Theme.

- Familiarity with integrating functionality and plugins into WordPress themes.
