Convert Avada/Fusion Page Builder Posts to WP Block Editor

I have a website wordpress posts that have been built in Avada Theme (Fusion Builder).

These need to be converted to standard WP Gutenburg Blocks.
Blog content can contain the following items:
- Paragraph and Heading Text
- Images
- Youtube/Vimeo Embed
- Links to 3rd party websites
- 300 blog posts in total
As part of this job, all shortcodes from Avada/Fusion need to be removed
