Convert ASPX site to WordPress

I have a website that was done by a developer in ASPX format a couple of years back. but I never made the site live. all i have from the developer is a ZIP archive with all pages and files that he did. Now i want his work to be converted to WordPress site. you would need to install aspx site on your server (i'll provide you with the finished ZIP file) to see how it looks and then convert it exactly to WP site. it's a simple site with about 25 pages and a contact form.
