JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly organized content creator and WordPress expert to build a complete "Bump-to-Baby Resource Hub" on our website. This project includes creating all categories, subcategories, article titles, writing all articles (AI acceptable), uploading them into WordPress, adding images, formatting, meta tags, SEO optimization, internal linking, and fully structuring the entire hub.

PROJECT SCOPE (READ CAREFULLY)
You will be responsible for building EVERYTHING inside our Pregnancy, Birth, and Baby resource hub.
This includes:
Creating All Categories (16 total)
Creating All Subcategories (70+ total)
Creating All Article Titles (300+)
(Categories + subcategories + articles have already been planned)
Writing ALL Articles (You may use AI, but must edit for accuracy and readability)
• Each article approx. 1,500–2,000 words
• Must include SEO keywords
• Must include 1–3 royalty-free images
• Must include meta title, meta description, and alt tags
Uploading all articles into WordPress
Formatting each article
• Headings
• Paragraph spacing
• Images

• Internal linking to related articles
Setting up the Hub Page Structure
• Main hub landing page

Add citations for factual content

CONTENT CREATION REQUIREMENTS
Each article must include:
• 1,500–2,000 words
• Informative and educational tone
• Edited for grammar and clarity
• Image placement (1–3 per article)
• Featured image
• Alt tags
• SEO keyword integration
• Meta title
• Meta description
• Slug URL
• Proper headings (H1, H2, H3)
• References (credible medical sources)
• Internal linking to 3–5 related articles
AI use is allowed BUT you must:
• Verify accuracy
• Remove filler text
• Format professionally
• Make content unique
• Follow client’s style guide
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
You will need to insert relevant images into each article.
• Use royalty-free sites (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay)
• Landscape orientation (1200x800 px preferred)
• Compress images (TinyPNG or ShortPixel)
• Add descriptive alt text
• Ensure consistent branding
SEO REQUIREMENTS
Each article must include:
• SEO-friendly title
• SEO keywords naturally integrated
• Meta title (55–60 chars)
• Meta description (140–160 chars)
• Internal linking
• Clean and short URL slugs
• Proper header structure
• Image alt tags
• Outbound links to reputable sources
Must use:

You must:

• Format content with Gutenberg or Elementor
• Create breadcrumbs
• Improve site navigation
• Create a beautiful, user-friendly hub landing page
• Build tables of contents where needed
