Connect WooCommerce to Facebook

Good morning. I am trying to connect my WooCommerce to my facebook page. I can not do to this on completion due to this: "Your request is pending review. Assigning new Page admins can take up to 7 days to be approved." It has been well over 30 days and I believe I have one of the two miss configured. Facebook or WooCommerce. Can you help? Thank you
