Connect Gravity form to CRM and generation of PDFs (READ FIRST!)

I have a WordPress website, and I use CapsuleCRM as a CRM. I want to carry out the following two tasks.
1) I have 2 Gravity forms in my WordPress website. I want to connect these two forms to Capsule CRM, so to pull applications through our website automatically into the CRM, and creating client profiles.
2) Generation of PDF documents using the data within the fields on the CRM system (based on the submission data obtained from Gravity forms)
I need a developer with sound experience in ZAPIER, API Integrations, PHP, WordPress and CRM Integrations.
