Complete my website (READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING)

Hi. I was working with another freelancer on this platform on a website. they were almost finished with the website then all of the sudden they refused to finish. But I dont understand why, since there was no fighting or arguing prior to them refusing to finish.

Now I have files that they sent me. I believe it is a wordpress website. The website is almost complete, there are just small details left. I have a screen recording of the website and all of the functions that I can show you.
