Community Engagement Manager for membership website needed

Hi, I run a new membership website that has free and paid membership. I host monthly meetings live streaming and an after meeting networking event all online. I need someone that has experience building a community, membership and paid membership, sponsorships and be active on social media getting more exposure for us.
I need to capture more data from the rsvps.
Some of the platforms I use are membership works, MailChimp, wordpress, elementor editor, jotforms, etc...
I need someone who can do a good job, be reasonable and reliable. I don't need a programmer
