Coding Wordpress Plugins

Hi,
I have a food truck membership website that uses the plugin ultimate member (www.ultimatemember.com). I need help to do some tweaking in the code if possible.
1. When you create a member profile in the front-end, there is only a field for uploading one image at a time. I would like it to be possible to upload multiple images and show them in a simple layout on the profile page.
2. When creating fields for the user profile page, I would like to have "repeater fields". For example a user should be able to add multiple drinks or dishes in the profile.
I tried using plugin "Pods" and "ACF" but unfortunately you can only target regular fields (e.g. text box, text area, e-mail...)
So, I need help with custom coding for wordpress and plugins.
Is this possible and how would you work on my website in a safe way?
