Clounflare Optimizing

We have four wordpress websites hosted in cloudflare. We are using WProcket plugin which is comfortable with Cloudflare. We need do business only in Vcitoria, Australia. So we need to restrict other users coming to the websites using capcha. Specialy the intruders using the automated software to distribute the messages via the webforms available in our websites.
Top of all of the above, we need to optimize the setting to enhance the SEO perspective.
