Clean Malware from Wordpress

Hi. We've had several ads disapproved by Google yesterday. I need your help fixing it. The site works fine- both front and back end, but something is causing this to keep happening. Last time I cleaned using immunifyAV and the ads were approved and working. We also have WPMU Defender that is reporting some errors.

I need the entire site and database looked into by someone that's good with security. it is a small site, not a whole lot to it. After that, I will need you to harden it the best you can. We need this done by Sunday. Thanks!
