Clean Malware from WordPress site

This website has some malware on it: https://sipvoice.io/ - causing the URL to redirect.
We've already scanned the site with Wordfence and Defender - they don't detect it. We combed through files left behind by the scanners. Combed through the database. We cannot find it.
I need someone to continue the hunt and clean the malware code right now. It must be done before the morning (EST US TIME).
