ClassArc: Curriculum Designer

Hiring: Maths Curriculum Designer (Grade 1–8)
Project Overview

I am building ClassArc, an online maths learning platform for school students.
I am looking for a Maths Curriculum Expert who can design and structure a complete Grade 1–8 maths curriculum for a digital platform.

This role is not just content writing.
It requires ownership of curriculum structure, learning flow, and question design.

What You Will Do

Design grade-wise maths curriculum (Grade 1 to Grade 8)

Create chapter & topic breakdown

Define learning objectives for each topic

Design lesson flow (concept → examples → practice)

Create question banks:

Concept-based

Application & word problems

Mental maths & logical thinking

Ensure smooth difficulty progression across grades

Deliver content in a platform-friendly format (not textbook PDFs)

What You Will NOT Do

❌ No video recording

❌ No graphic design

❌ No coding

❌ No marketing

Ideal Candidate

Experience teaching Maths (Grades 1–8) OR

Experience as a curriculum developer / academic designer

Strong understanding of how students actually learn maths

Can think like a teacher + curriculum architect

Comfortable taking end-to-end responsibility

Preferred (Bonus)

Experience with CBSE / ICSE / US curriculum

Worked with EdTech platforms (Cuemath, Byju’s, Khan Academy, etc.)

Experience creating content for LMS / online platforms
