Checkout flow and Customer portal for my wordpress site

I need a checkout flow and customer portal customize for my needs. This is for a cleaning service offering monthly subscription packages. I want my website checkout to look like the site (https://www.liveholos.com/pages/get-started) I'm open to any platform to get it done asap, I'm open to Woocommerce, Shopify, Bootstrap, Magento, etc. Or if you know of a more simple/cost-effective solution please let me know.

This is how I want my customer portal to look. I'm also ok with not having the same look as long as all the features are available.
