OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
Create a website with a homepage where users can register and use an AI-powered chatbot to ask questions about documents in various formats such as Word, PDF, Excel, etc. These documents will be uploaded to the WordPress media library, which will be accessible only to the administrator.
The documents will be continuously uploaded, and the database will be constantly filled with new documents. The chatbot, with the aid of artificial intelligence (AI), must be able to read and analyze the content of both past and newly uploaded documents.
To access the AI chatbot page, users must enter their username and password.
Users will be able to ask the AI chatbot questions via chat about any single piece of data contained in all the documents uploaded by the administrator to the website. They must receive relevant and precise responses.
In the case of .df or other formats that contain scanned documents, an automatic system for machine-reading the contents of the file will have to be provided so that the chatbot with artificial intelligence has this data available to analyze it and answer any questions the user may have.
The Ai chatbot will need to have a disengageable search option to also read data entered within the website in the form of text written on its pages, as well as in documents uploaded to the media folder.
There will be both a front-end and a back-end where the administrator will have tools to control registered users. A registered user is someone who has received an access key from the administrator because simply registering will not be enough to use the platform. The user must possess credentials provided by the administrator to prevent unauthorized public access.
The corresponding OpenAI API keys must be changeable when needed.
The page design must integrate the AI chatbot similarly to the ChatGPT website.
The goal of this platform is for the administrator to only upload documentation in various formats without taking any other actions. The administrator will only upload new documents daily, and the AI chatbot must read them regardless of the format. The AI-driven chat must read all documents to search for answers to user queries.
The AI must be configurable by the administrator in terms of conversation tone and initial welcome messages to find the right balance between precision and friendliness.
A trial period and support for bug resolution are required.
The programmer must create a product that frees the platform owner from maintenance and support costs, making it fully autonomous.
No paid plugins or tools that require financial investment should be included in the programming, except for the pay-as-you-go OpenAI API.
The selected OpenAI model (3.5 turbo, 4, 4o, 1 pro, etc.) must be changeable by the administrator along with API keys and AI usage limits based on tokens to reduce operational costs.

However, the AI must retain its computational ability to answer questions requiring mathematical operations such as addition, average, subtraction, percentage, etc.
