Charge clients efficiently month end from CSV

I have card details in a CSV file for my customers I need to charge - I need automation built to charge cards through my payment providers in bulk. The customer will not be present, I need automation built that allows me to bulk process a set amount charge on cards in a CSV file without the customer on the site/logged in. Woo commerce, wordpress & current payment provider Axcess & take payments (being integrated)
