Change wordpress Theme and keep same design

We have a WordPress site created with a theme that is very slow on the mobile version. In addition, we use Elementor which makes it slower!

We would like to change the WordPress theme while keeping the same design and styles of the site.

We want to use a fast theme like (Astra, GeneratePress, ...)
